Abstract Variability of yield could be measured during harvesting, data used to evaluate management the field and provide useful information for planning fertilizer applications next coming season. Measurement cutting width is a one parameter get instantaneous yield. In order obtain an accurate when harvesting rice, proper measurement method needed process. This research aim develop real time system using US-100 ultrasonic sensor on mini combine harvester. The developed comprises sensor, GPS receiver computer installed with customized software, which, assembled local rice combine. performance was evaluated that working well measure operation value R 2 = 1. also provides variability map within field.
